AWP Scores Silver at 2020 MUSE Creative Awards

A Willing Participant, Inc. (AWP) has received the Silver award for one of our latest education mini-documentaries at the International Awards Associate's (IAA) 2020 MUSE Creative Awards.

The documentary, "2019 Ryan Award Winner Joán Álvarez,," was produced on behalf of AWP's Chicago-based client Accelerate Institute, an educational nonprofit organization with the mission of closing the achievement gap in America's urban schools.

Álvarez, principal of IDEA McAllen College Prep in McAllen, Texas, is a winner of Accelerate Institute's 2019 Ryan Award. The organization presents the award to two school leaders each year who have demonstrated proven results in closing the gap.

The 2020 MUSE Creative/MUSE Design Awards drew more than 3,800 submissions from 50 countries. Submissions came from organizations including BMW, Cisco, IKEA and W Hotels.

"These individuals truly embody the spirit of innovation," IAA CEO Kenjo Ong said in a press release. "It is always a humbling experience to witness what these creatives are capable of."
